"Remarkably, in 1981, while I was in flight training in Corpus Christi, TX to be a U.S. Navy pilot, I flew over the grain elevator Kevin was inspecting at the moment it blew up, launching Kevin over 300 feet through the air. I remember looking down and seeing an enormous amount of smoke and fire below me as I did a practice instrument approach into Corpus Christi International Airport. Kevin and I did not discover this fact until we met 5 years ago when I attended one of his riveting and incredibly inspiring speeches titled after his highly motivational book, "There's Always A Way."
-- Commander Bill Goss, United States Navy, Retired Author of "Luckiest Unlucky Man Alive", and "There's A Flying Squirrel in my Coffee."
