With collapsed lungs and massive internal and external injuries,
doctors did not expect him to live. See Kevin as he rises
from tragedy to triumph to reach the pinnacle of athletic
excellence in the Olympic stadium. He works and consults with
presidents and leaders of our country. Kevin is now exploding
across America with the Kevin Saunders Health & Fitness Tour
of America. Kevin's purpose is to push his wheelchair through
key portions of all 50 states to educate, motivate and inspire
the people of America about the importance of proper fitness
and nutrition and how to personally take action and take personal
responsibility for making healthy lifestyle choices. Kevin
will provide this information to people of all ages, in a
concise and easy to understand manner. With $122 billion being
spent last year on obesity related diseases and billions more
being lost in productivity in our economy, it is essential
to the USA to take action. The Imshapingup.com website will
also serve as a follow up tool to help Americans of all ages
learn and understand exercise and nutrition in an easy, concise
manner in which Kevin can help everyone maintain or reach
their personal fitness goals. By sharing important information
in regards to proper fitness goals, Kevin will be educating,
motivating, inspiring and providing incentives to take action.
Kevin will leave all who see and hear him speak feeling like:
"There's Always A Way" and a new attitude of "Never give up!"
"I'm doing this to help motivate, educate and inspire
the American people to create lasting health and fitness habits
and through fitness and health exercise and education healthier
lives."
The Health and Fitness Tour of America is a non-profit foundation
and all profits go to the American Heart Association, American
Diabetes Association and the YMCA.
More than 300,000 Americans will die this year due to obesity-related
disease. Our Nation's children have been deemed the “World's
Fattest Kids” and skyrocketing health-care costs direct
and indirect of over 122 billion dollars a year are debilitating
Corporate America. Now more than ever we need our community
members to get involved in health and fitness exercise and
education for all their citizens.
