Close_up_pic_of_Kevin_and_Pam_Elliot_morning_show_CBS_indianapolis6:30 a.m. CST – I departed for WISH-TV-CBS for a 7:40 A.M. live interview with Anchor Pam Elliot, on the “Good Morning Indianapolis” show. Pam Elliot was a great interviewer. She really covered the subject well and we were able to let her know that the Big Push and Revolutions tour was to raise awareness and to demonstrate that if I could push my wheelchair across America paralyzed from the chest down, then anyone can become healthy and fit whatever their limitations or adversity they must overcome. We discussed that after the Big Push, I would continue my fight for fitness and write and publish the book “Revolutions” about my journey and plans to improve

America’s fitness. During this time, I would be working with city and community leaders providing resources free of charge to help start new health and fitness initiatives for everyone.  We also discussed that our main goal was to provide clear, concise information so that all Americans can get fit. I hope Americans can get motivated to get up and get moving on the revolution to be fit! I mentioned that people could find out more at I’m doing the Revolutions tour voluntarily because I care about the health and fitness of all Americans.  Obesity is an epidemic and I want to be part of the solution. I also mentioned that the Tour is a non-profit foundation and all profits are going to the American Heart Association. I encouraged the viewers that we need all the help we can get to keep carrying our message of this grass roots initiative to communities throughout America, and that we appreciate any support that any individual or organization would like to give to help with our efforts.
8:20 a.m. CST – I returned to the Baymont Hotel, in time to make the call for an 8:45 a.m. interview with WBTU 93.3 FM in Fort Wayne, IN.

3:30 p.m. CST – WWK News Radio 950 AM in Detroit, MI, called to interview me. They called to check to see how the Tour was going, and to see how far I was since I left Detroit. For them to follow up and check on me was wonderful. It showed me that my message is getting through and that people care enough to check up on me. I let them know how great everything was going and how people like them made each day easier for me to do.
