We want leave either posters or a medallion to our children in Children’s Hospitals to have collector’s item form the 50 State Tour and to provide them support, encouragement and motivation, inspiration by encouraging them to Never, Never, Never Give Up!  Also those children will be given the link to our “Fitness 4 All 50 Sate Tour” website, So all the current information and the most updated information along with the pictures, videos, articles and links when we at the lists of groups location and the pictures, videos info from our survey which is given before and after hearing a presentation form Kevin Saunders, the “World Champion Paralympain.”

By providing all audiences with an educational, motivational, inspirational presentation on how to become self-motivated or read the motivational quote each day, to help each person make the best choices for their needs, by utilizing the information, opportunity to look at the information they have been given or have access to. Which has been designed to help make those students and people have access to make better choices when it comes to:  “Fitness Activities, Sports – Balanced high Nutritional Meals or Healthy Snacks” information is also currently being listed on https://www.kevinsaunders.com/blog/

Our vision is for our nation’s youth, parents, workforce and Americans to understand the significance of physical fitness and nutrition. By giving presentations to schools and providing them with credible information on how, what, when and why types of activities, sports, balanced nutritional meals, foods and healthy snacks do to them be healthier, so they can are more active have extra energy. To educate, motivate and inspire people of all ages to set and reach for they reach for their fitness goals and for them to make the necessary changes to lead healthier lives.

We will cover each state north, south, east, west & center giving presentations to big, medium & small schools cities & towns. We will also hold Health & Fitness Summits for the Mayors, City Council & community leaders of those cities & towns to encourage them to want to help educate the public to build a healthy community. Our tour team will also meet with the Governors & their staffs with the same purpose to show provide them with the information we have so they can have it to help create a to the CDC – Center for Disease Control healthy state. We are doing this to help change the of 2/3 of the nation which is overweight & approximately 17% according % of those are obesity.

Results from the 2007-2008 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), using measured heights and weights, indicate that an estimated 17 % of children and adolescents ages 2-19 years are obese. In order to get more precise measurements the use of skin-fold calipers for adults and school students will get a more accurate reading.

According to the CDC – [ of Disease Control in Atlanta, GA] – For school students made up of children and teens, BMI ranges above a normal weight have different labels (overweight and obese). Additionally, BMI ranges for children and teens are defined so that they take into account normal differences in body fat between boys and girls and differences in body fat at various ages. For more information about BMI for children and teens (also called BMI-for-age),

Overweight and obesity are both labels for ranges of weight that are greater than what is generally considered healthy for a given height. The terms also identify ranges of weight that have been shown to increase the likelihood of certain diseases and other health problems

To define being overweight and obesity

According to the CDC – to be overweight for an adult is calculated using the BMI table if they have a BMI score of 25 to 29.9 which is based on height and weight  they are considered to be overweight.

Our nation currently spends around 150 billion dollars on obesity related diseases . By passing on this information that will help people read & understand what fitness activities do and can best help them reach their goals of what they would like to be. Also we want to help people understand how to read labels & now how things work. Say there is 40 grams of sugar in a drink, how can anyone visualize how much that would be? There is a formula; “just divide the number of grams of sugar per serving by 4 = 10 which would represent the # of teaspoons of sugar in that serving. We will be providing the schools we visit with Tips like this and a number of other subjects in the form of a personal accountability journal that has question to answer each day in the students notebook. So they can keep track of what you are in reaching your Health and Fitness Goals for the New Year.

Doing as well as finding out what works or doesn’t & eliminate those types of activities or foods. Then rate their day according to how well they did in making better choices to become or stay healthy and fit.

As a wheelchair “World Champion Paralympian” I grew up like a normal child went to college and played collegiate sports. I was later injured as a Federal Inspector when the grain elevator I was inspecting sin my early to mid 20’s on the Gulf Coach of Texas exploded left 10 dead, over 30 injured and threw me over a 2 story building over 300 feet onto a concrete parking lot. I was not expected to live but after spending a year in the hospital and completely paralyzed from the chest down. After I recovered from a deep depression, I came back to become the “World’s greatest all-around wheelchair Athlete” and one of the top 100 speakers in America. You can read more see video or pictures on my website.

I greatly enjoy helping others like my rugby friends did me after I got out of the hospital they pushed me to workout play medicine ball & most of all they helped me get my life back even though I was completely paralyzed from the chest down. Now I have a great passion to help educate, motivate and inspire our nation’s youth to help provide them the knowledge so they to can get fit learn how to eat right. This way they will have an opportunity to reach goals they may have never dreamed possible. Thank you for your input!  Stay in touch! All the best, Kevin “Fitness 4 All 50 State Tour.”
